![]() ![]() The nutrition: I like to eat, and my biggest concern always is NOT feeling hungry. The exercises: The author tries to get the reader to understand that it is not so much about the exercise as it is MORE about the techniques in which you use to exercise. I think his profession as a lawyer came into play here, nevertheless the bulk of the info is superb. The Information: well written although sometimes I found myself trying to read between the lines to truly understand what he was trying to say. Finished reading it in a very relaxed 8hr time space. ![]() THE BOOK: Easy to read, relaxed but qwerky sense of humour which is a welcomed delight. First time leaving a review on any book!!! After reading many reviews and trying to get a good feel of whether or not I'd be investing my money or wasting it I have to say that so far this has been an investment. ![]()
